By using FileSimple (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

FileSimple is an independent online preparation and submission platform that allows UK limited companies to compile and file dormant accounts to Companies House and HMRC. FileSimple is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partner of Companies House or HMRC. We act as a filing agent/bridge software.

The fee for submitting dormant accounts is £49.00 per submission. Fees are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred.

We offer a 100% Acceptance Guarantee:

• If your accounts filing is rejected by Companies House or HMRC due to formatting, calculation, or system validation errors, we will assist you in correcting and resubmitting your filing at no additional charge.
• If we are unable to successfully submit your filing after corrections, you are eligible for a full refund of the £49.00 filing fee.
• Refunds will not be issued for filings that have been successfully accepted and registered by Companies House and HMRC.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and validity of all financial figures, dates, and company information entered into the Service. Submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information to Companies House or HMRC is a criminal offense under the Companies Act 2006.

FileSimple acts as an intermediary bridge. We are not responsible for any late filing penalties, fines, or damages imposed by Companies House or HMRC due to missing deadlines, system downtime, network transmission delays, or validation rejections. We recommend preparing and submitting your accounts at least 5 business days before your official filing deadline.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
